Rhumba Ruffles! Pink Satin! Krinkly plastic lining!
This outer layer of this pant is made of super-silky pink satin. Elastics are satin-covered and there are 6 LAYERS OF RUFFLES on the rear of the pant.
The inner layer of this pant is a luxuriously soft and silky TPU (polyeurethane). This waterproof fabric has a light stretch and a signature "rustle" sound that is hard to mistake. Stretchy white elastic is a comfortable 1 inch wide.
SIZING: Order where you fall closest to the center of the listed range. Sizes listed are the pant measurements when relaxed and stretched.
